Picture yourself in a living space featuring a lounge (with a convertible sofa bed for impromptu naps and a flat-screen TV for your movie nights) and a dining area ideal for dinners for two, with family, or even solo. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner gas stove, a hood, an electric mini-oven, a microwave, and even two coffee makers (a classic drip coffee machine and a NESPRESSO for coffee enthusiasts!), not to mention a toaster, kettle, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a washing machine... all opening onto a terrace.
For sleeping, you'll find a bedroom with a 140 cm bed.
A bathroom and a separate toilet for added comfort.

The terrace: the perfect spot for outdoor meals, relaxing reading breaks, or simply soaking up the sun.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
