This 190m² house from the 70's is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with its decorative fireplace and a flat screen TV opening via French windows onto the terrace, a kitchen equipped with a 4 burner gas hob, a hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer part...

The night area includes two bedrooms with a 140cm bed and cupboard each, a shower room (Italian shower) with an electric towel rail, a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a separate toilet with a washbasin.
A study.

On the first floor, the second night area consists of a bedroom with a 120cm bed and a velux window, a bedroom with a 140cm bed and its adjoining shower room with toilet. In a row, a sleeping area with a 140cm bed in an alcove closed by a curtain. This part does not have shutters but has blackout curtains.

Need to cool down? The ground floor rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Are you a little chilly? Don't worry, you can sit in the veranda.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock

Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
