Family vacations coming soon? You're already in short-bob and flip-flop mode, sipping rosé... family vacations are fun, but to each his own! Do you have teenagers who go to bed at dawn and don't emerge until the last stroke of midday? No problem! With the independent studio at the back of the house... they can come and go without disturbing you!

Just renovated, this house is ideal for those who want to get away together, but still enjoy the independence of a separate studio!

The entrance sets the tone! Make yourself comfortable in the lovely living room with its lounge area (sofa, flat-screen TV...) and dining area.
Head for the open-plan kitchen to concoct your best recipes... induction hob, hood, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher.... a storeroom with washing machine.
The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms. Two with 1 140cm bed each and the last one with its 180cm x 200cm bed and dressing room.
A shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Relax in the garden on the wooden terrace equipped with patio furniture for your lunches or long summer evenings.
Take a break on one of the deckchairs to start a crossword puzzle, read a book or simply soak up the sun.

And for teenagers.... head for the renovated studio! The living room features a sofa bed, a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette with 2 hotplates, a microwave, a filter coffee maker and a table-top fridge.... and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Guests can enjoy breakfast outside on the garden furniture provided.

RECENTLY RENOVATED - HOUSE + STUDIO - TERRACE FURNITURE - IDEAL FOR FAMILIES OR GROUPS - NOT OVERLOOKED

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 30 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
