Located on the ground floor of a peaceful residence, this apartment is the perfect home away from home for up to 4 guests.

After a day spent swimming, strolling along the seafront, enjoying an ice cream, or dining on a terrace, return to the comfort of your cosy retreat. Relax in the living room, unwind in front of the TV, or enjoy quality time together before setting off to discover more of the stunning coastline.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals just like at home, including a three-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, and washing machine.

The comfortable bedroom features a double bed (140 × 190 cm) and a TV, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The living room also offers a BZ-style sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for two guests.

Good to know: the apartment does not have an outdoor area.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
