Clearly, this ground-floor apartment in the villa "Louise" will amaze you and provide an idyllic setting for your stay. What's more, it's ideally located for discovering our beautiful Côte de Beauté!

To prepare fresh produce bought at the central market that very morning: an open kitchen equipped with a 3-burner induction hob, a hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a fridge with a freezer section, a dishwasher...

The sleeping area comprises a first bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed + 1 x 90cm bed, and a second bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed. There is also a shower room with toilet.
A utility room with washing machine.

Take a seat on its pleasant terrace! Enjoy a coffee break on the garden furniture, before setting off to lay your towel on the fine sand!

In camping mode! A barbecue is shared with the other two units in the "Louise" villa.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 30 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
