From the moment you arrive, the living area with its flat-screen TV and tasteful décor invites you to relax and feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, whether it’s a quiet breakfast or a convivial dinner, featuring a 3-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, multifunction microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The living room, which can also serve as a bedroom thanks to its 140 cm BZ-style sofa bed, is the perfect place to unwind after a sunny day. The bathroom with toilet and washing machine, located on the ground floor, provides all the comfort you need.

Upstairs, the mezzanine offers a 140 cm bed and a wardrobe, ideal for enjoying your stay in complete tranquility.

Step out onto the partially covered terrace to savor a peaceful lunch or get lost in a good book, while the private garden adds a touch of greenery and intimacy.

You also have a private parking space, No. 41, which is very convenient.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
