Enter directly into the living room which offers a sofa bed (140cm) and a flat screen TV, an independent and equipped small kitchen with 2 electric hotplates, a hood, an oven, a microwave, a table top fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine, a bedroom with 1 bed (140cm), a bathroom and a wc.

On the mezzanine, you will also find 2 beds of 90cm!

The ideal place to have lunch is of course the terrace furnished with furniture.

The little extra! There is a private parking space n° 89 right next to the villa.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 30 € per stay within the limits of available stock
