Even on holiday, you can whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped open-plan kitchen: 2 induction hobs, an extractor hood, a microwave, an electric oven, a NESPRESSO machine, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a washing machine…

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a chest of drawers, as well as a shower room with toilet.

Upstairs, you’ll find a sloped mezzanine bedroom with a sofa bed (80 cm) and a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed.

When the sun comes out, make yourself comfortable on the terrace and enjoy a coffee, a cocktail, or a barbecue meal… with family or friends!

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
