Its open kitchen has everything you need to delight both young and old: stovetop, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher… not to mention a drip coffee maker, NESPRESSO machine, kettle, and toaster to start the day off right!
The first bedroom has a 140 cm bed, and the second has two 80 cm beds. A shower room with a washing machine and a separate toilet complete this apartment.
At the back, the second apartment has its own entrance, ensuring complete autonomy. Its living area, combining lounge and dining space, opens onto a large balcony terrace where you can have lunch, dinner, or simply enjoy the fresh air.
The kitchen is a true haven for food lovers, with everything you need to cook or enjoy a coffee: stovetop, extractor hood, microwave, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.
There is one bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, and a separate toilet.
A staircase leads to the upper sleeping area: two large bedrooms, including a master with a 160 cm bed and plenty of storage, and a bedroom ideal for children or teens with two 80 cm beds and a play corner. A shower room with toilet completes this family-friendly space.
The wooded garden is perfect for sunny lunches, relaxing, playing, or simply settling down with a book while everyone enjoys their own space. Two high chairs are available for the little ones.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
