This charming 1930s house features an entrance hall, a living room with a flat-screen TV opening onto a terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, the sleeping area includes two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed, one of which has access to a small balcony. The bathroom is ensuite to one of the bedrooms, and there is a separate toilet under the eaves.

A washing machine is available in an outdoor storage shed.

Enjoy the garden with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing afternoons and evenings in this private, enclosed space.

Parking is available on the property, plus a closed garage.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
