Its main part is composed of an entrance, a living room with its corner lounge, flat screen TV and its dining area.
For the preparation of your meals, its kitchen offers a stove with 3 gas burners + 1 electric + its electric oven, a microwave, a pressure cooker, a filter coffee maker, a NESPRESSO coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer part....
Take the corridor and access to its night part. A first room with a bed in 140cm and a toilet opening on the terrace, a second room with 2 beds in 90cm, a baby bed with bars... and to finish a third room with 1 bed in 140cm.
A bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as an independent toilet.

Ideal for teenagers or young adults, its annex includes a summer kitchen corner equipped with a two-burner stove, a table top refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster...
A room with 2 beds in 90cm and a last room with 1 bed in 140cm. Both of them open on a wooden terrace to enjoy the exceptional view !

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 € per day or 39 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly

Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
